1. Customised Products
1.1 All customised products sold by Junction Pet Nook are made-to-order according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Due to the nature of customisation, these items require additional preparation time. We aim to dispatch customised products within 5 working days after receiving your order.
2. Non-Customised Products
2.1 Non-customised products will be shipped within 72 hours of placing the order. We endeavour to process and deliver these items as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your purchase without unnecessary delay.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
3.1 Once your order is shipped, we will send an email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery. Please ensure the email address you provide is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the shipping confirmation email.
